Tick Test pattern above, print at 100% (Fit-to-page OFF), then measure a “100 mm” bar end-to-end and type what you got. If it’s 100 you’re perfect. The scale here pre-shrinks everything around the page centre to cancel any printer zoom.

Calibration: print one sheet on plain paper, overlay it on your real sticker sheet against a light. If it’s shifted, nudge Offset X/Y and reprint. Always print at 100% / “Actual size” with “Fit to page” OFF.
